Project Overview
Callsense is an AI-driven SaaS platform that helps call centers monitor, analyze and optimize their operations. I owned the front-end for the product website, the core SaaS application and a dedicated analytics dashboard.
I implemented advanced AI-driven features into the SaaS experience, improved data visualization for operators and worked closely with FasTech Systems backend engineers to integrate the front-end with real-time APIs.
